We are quickly drawing to the end of the year, and teachers will soon begin the process of developing class lists for the 2020-21 school year. This is a very challenging task for teachers, one to which they devote an enormous amount of time, thought, and effort.  They take this responsibility very seriously! Teachers have worked closely with your children over this last year, they have a strong understanding of their needs and behaviors, and they want to ensure the success of all their students. They also strive to create balanced classrooms with a mix of students at all ability levels.

Parents may submit requests for the type of environment they would like for their child, and they may also make requests regarding classmates. Please note: WE DO NOT ACCEPT REQUESTS FOR SPECIFIC TEACHERS. We are fortunate at PV to have a truly exceptional teaching staff, and I am confident that your child will be happy in their placement. While we accept your requests, we cannot always guarantee that they will be granted because of the above mentioned considerations.

Parent requests must submitted by Monday, May 11, 2020 (May 10th is a Sunday) for consideration.

Due to the current situation with campus closures and remote learning in effect, please download the request form (link below),  and complete the form. You can scan and return to it to [email protected] or [email protected], or you can mail it through USPS, or drop off at the school.  Starting Monday morning, there will be a locked box outside the office door for your convenience.
