Dear NUSD Families,

We are making great progress toward our district-wide goal of 96% participation for our annual Parent Data Confirmation—thank you to everyone who has already completed theirs!

If you haven't had a chance to complete yours yet, there’s still time, and we need your help.

Completing these forms for each student ensures we have accurate emergency contacts and secures essential state resources for our schools. It only takes a few minutes!

Thank you! You’re all set for the school year and can disregard this reminder.

3 Quick Steps to Complete:

Log in: Head directly to your Aeries Parent Portal. (Need help? Check out our step-by-step guide).
Review & Update: Check emergency contacts, complete the quick income section, and confirm education levels.
Submit: Be sure to click "Finish and Submit" at the end!

Please complete the annual Parent Data Confirmation for each of your students by Tuesday, September 8, 2026.

NEW in 2026 - California Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative (CYBHI):

To help fund and sustain counseling, mental health services, and wellness supports, NUSD is participating in the CYBHI program. Learn more here: CYBHI Information and FAQs

By providing consent to share insurance information, you are helping our schools access additional funding to continue these important supports.

There is no cost to your family.
Your insurance coverage, benefits, and deductibles will not be affected.
Any reimbursement goes directly to the District.
Your student will continue to receive the support they need, whether or not you provide consent.

If you are unsure about your medical insurance, please select:

Insurance Type: Medical
Insurance Company: None
Effective Date: Date completing form

If you would like to decline to provide medical insurance information, please follow the directions below:

Should you decline to provide medical insurance information, click the “Add record button” and select “Decline to provide” under insurance type.
Data Confirmation will ask for a date as well (required field).
Enter the date you are completing the form as the date you “Declined to provide” the medical insurance information.
