Youth Truth Survey deadline approaching!
WHAT: Last year, NUSD conducted the first YouthTruth survey throughout the district. The information provided was compelling and dictated decisions that were made for this school year.
WHO: We are seeking feedback from all families, students grades 3-5, and all staff. We are hoping for 100% participation!!! All students in grades 3-5 will complete the survey, as well as all PV staff members.
WHEN: The survey will be open from January 7 – January 25, 2019.
WHY: This is an opportunity to tell us how we are doing, what we can improve upon, and areas where we are succeeding. Responses are confidential and are extremely important in helping us determine next steps at the site and district levels.
HOW: All students will complete the survey at school as well as most staff members. The link for parents and guardians is:
The survey takes about 15 minutes. We really want to increase our parent/guardian participation this year across all grade levels. Please set aside a little time to complete the survey. Your response is incredibly valuable to us.
