Joyful Cooking Labs will be taking place in the MPR all week! Classes are scheduled to spend time with chef Nancy Larson who attended California State University, Sacramento and The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone. This session kids will learn how to make Spring Potato Salad with Homemade Vinaigrette Dressing. Yum! Check in with your student to see if they would like to make this delicious and healthy dish at home.
